The importance of creating healthy habits: Energetic and Spiritual Consciousness - Part III
In Transpersonal Coaching, we approach habits from a holistic perspective, that is to say, we not only include body awareness, but also mental/emotional and energetic/spiritual awareness.
Creating habits that awaken and nurture our energetic and spiritual consciousness is of great importance if we want to flow with life, recover our personal power, experience coherence among the consciousnesses that compose us and feel harmony both inside and outside.
When we speak of the energetic and spiritual dimension, we refer to that which the eye does not perceive directly but which we can come into contact with in different ways.
Normally people concentrate more on the physical, mental and emotional dimensions and we forget about a dimension that, like these, is part of the gear of the BEING.
Many researchers and scientists such as Gerber, Tiller and Barbara Ann Brennan author of "Hands that Heal" (1987) and "Let there be Light" (1993), have agreed on the existence of several of the following subtle bodies in the multidimensional structure of the human being.
This consciousness is made up of an energy system composed of energy centers or chakras, "wheel or disc", so called because of the shape they adopt, which are responsible for receiving, assimilating and transmitting vital energies. In addition to the central chakras we also find the secondary chakras along with the meridians.
The chakras can be more or less active depending on the evolutionary moment or the personal and spiritual development of the person.
These can have various types of activity:
Harmonized/balanced: when they are operational and functioning normally.
Subjective/deficient: when they are not sufficiently open, as they are not sufficiently active.
Hyperactive/excessive: to compensate for other chakras that are not functioning adequately.
The activity of the chakras depends on the mental and emotional state we are in. If we feel happy, in connection with ourselves, with life and with others, they open. On the other hand, if we feel disconnected, stressed, if we experience negative thoughts, contractive emotions, if we are in chaotic and disharmonious environments, the chakras tend to block, decreasing their function and destabilizing parts of the person's organism.
Knowing oneself is a process, a challenge that we know when it begins but not when it ends. It is a process of continuous self-observation, of looking inside oneself, observing ourselves from the different dimensions that compose us.
There are many techniques to balance the chakras, and one of the ones we propose is to know how to manage our emotions, as well as to pay attention to our internal dialogue, cultivating thoughts of union and love and dissolving those that come from fear.
To understand the state in which our chakras are, we can listen to their language and ask ourselves the following questions:
First chakra - Root: I have the right to belong and to have.
Do I feel safe, confident and connected to life?
Do I have my feet on the ground?
Do I feel connected to Mother Nature and the world around me?
Second chakra - Sacral: I have the right to feel.
Do I feel a strong and healthy sex drive?
Do I feel passion for life and let my creativity flow?
Can I express myself sexually and give and receive pleasure?
Am I aware of my emotions and do I know how to manage them?
Third chakra - Solar Plexus: I have the right to do.
Do I know what I want and do I have the confidence to express and express it?
Can I make decisions and act on them?
Do I have good self-esteem?
Fourth chakra - Heart: I have the right to love and be loved.
Can I express love and give love?
Can I accept and love others as they are without the need for them to change?
Am I compassionate with myself and others?
Fifth Chakra - Throat: I have the right to speak and hear the truth.
Can I express myself easily?
Do I take responsibility for my life without blaming anyone and without waiting for them to take care of me?
Is it easy for me to express my truth?
Sixth chakra - Third eye: I have the right to see.
Do I listen and let my Intuition guide me?
Do I get creative ideas and put them into action?
Am I able to visualize my goals and dreams?
Seventh chakra - Crown: I have the right to know.
Do I feel like I am part of something big and wonderful, connected to the Whole?
Do I feel that my life has a purpose?
Am I able to look at myself honestly and see that everything I do is a learning process?
On the other hand, with respect to our spiritual consciousness it is key to get in touch and cultivate a relationship with our inner Guide, who is always at our service and ready for us to give him permission to enter and guide us. It is a greater intelligence that can see the big picture and the best path to follow for the evolution of our soul, where we stop moving from the ego and start flowing with life from our center.
Through meditation, creating spaces of inner silence and full attention in each present moment, we increase our intuition and our sensitivity to open ourselves to listen and receive, we can also use the technique of the pendulum, which helps us to find the answers to what we want to consult. Like any relationship that we start, it requires a loving nurturing, commitment and constancy because if we do it sporadically we will not be able to increase and take advantage of the benefits of this connection with the Divine. We can also take advantage of the mornings when we wake up to get in touch with our inner Guide and before going to sleep.
I invite you to get in touch with your Self and enjoy the gifts of life, opening ourselves to infinite abundance and unconditional love.
Have a nice day
