The power of thoughts

Why are thoughts so important?

Everything starts from a thought, and together with our beliefs and emotions we shape and color our perception. It seems difficult to understand and accept the depth of this since, we were taught in an inverse way how our surrounding world is actually created.

As the Master and sage Hermes Trismegistus said : "As above, so below, as within, so without".

Thought is creative energy that we direct, which has an effect on the quantum field of which we are all a part, affecting everyone equally, as well as emotions that are energy in motion (E-MOTION= Energy in motion), reminding us that an emotion cannot exist without a previous thought and our beliefs are the ones that crystallize what we experience.

Therefore, it is essential to be increasingly present and listen to our internal dialogue, a muscle that we must continually exercise and strengthen.

At the beginning it can be overwhelming to do so due to the large number of thoughts we have per minute where most of them are repetitive and low frequency, and we can fall into restlessness and melancholy as we over-identify with them.

It is of great importance to make a meticulous review of the beliefs that we adopt and integrate through our family system, ancestors, society and educational system, since many of them limit us and instead of helping us to advance, they produce the opposite effect, keeping us in the same loop.

However, there are tools such as mindfulness and meditation that help us to reduce the constant flow by becoming more and more aware of the thoughts we feed.

In order to dissolve those thoughts based on fear and separation we must work as a team with our Inner Guide, we can use the HO'OPONOPONO or Atonement to recognize the Error that would be the thought based on fear and judgment, the wrong perception, and then send it to the Divine to dissolve it so we can walk more and more free of unconscious guilt, creating spaces within us so that the correct perception settles within us and we can experience a more abundant reality, more pleasant, full of inner peace and unconditional love, where we let go of the role of victim and take full responsibility for our inner self and what happens to us.
