Transpersonal and Emotional Intelligence Coaching

Online Modality

The term transpersonal means "beyond" or "through" the personal, and refers to experiences, processes and events that transcend what is considered a limited sense of identity and allow one to experience a greater, more meaningful reality.

This coaching modality seeks a holistic vision of the human being, integrating the body, mind, emotions and its energetic structure. It also seeks to strengthen the individual and make his or her progress sustainable over time.

Transpersonal coaching helps us to discover the essence of life, its meaning and purpose.

It differs from other coaching styles in the development of consciousness; not only does it help to plan objectives and establish coherent and effective action plans, but it also develops consciousness in all dimensions and from a true center of balance.

Being a holistic tool, it proposes a conjunction of elements that guarantee an integral training, directing us towards the interior of the individual and from that interiority to develop all those approaches that he/she wishes to work on.

To this end, it focuses on the development of identity based on four types of intelligence:

a) Body intelligence:

Its function is to understand the messages that the body constantly receives through our sensory receptors. The transpersonal approach proposes the expansion of this capacity and a training of the senses.

b) Mental intelligence:

Based on the plasticity of our brain and the immense potential for transformation of any behavior or approach, regardless of age. It is often associated with our vision of reality. Through this intelligence the person will be aware of their mental strategies, ingrained behaviors and beliefs that can help or boycott attempts at improvement.

c) Emotional intelligence:

It is the one that tells us what we feel and how we feel it. Expanding its understanding helps us to be aware of our emotions and helps us to manage them according to situations, environments or needs, in order to create internal coherence and balance to the way we react to the world around us and congruence to what we feel, say and do.

d) Energetic intelligence and spiritual field:

This type of intelligence allows us to understand our personal identity within a wider network of relationships. It also allows us to expand the identity of our consciousness and connect with an infinite network of interdependent relationships. A training that allows us to be affective and effective in our life, and that also helps us to understand our existence and experiences from our own Being.

The Transpersonal and Emotional Intelligence approach can also be understood from the interaction of several elements, among which we can highlight:

    • Self-knowledge and self-awareness.

    • Ego functioning.

    • Causes of human suffering and discomfort.

    • Detection and overcoming of limiting causes.

    • Treatment of fear, anger, sadness and other contractive emotions.

    • Techniques for releasing emotions and contractive states.

    • Work on our belief system.

    • Breaking vicious circles.

    • Connection with the mission and individual purposes.

    • Individual responsibility.

    • Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)

    • Confidence, serenity and self-esteem.

    • Appreciation of silence and meditation.

    • Self-acceptance.

    • Working towards emotional independence.

    • Vitality, enthusiasm and passion for life.

    • Proactivity and time management.

When we are congruent with what we think, feel, say and do, we create a balance, a homeostasis, a real point of equilibrium in ourselves, allowing us to live life from a state of authenticity that generates union with the parts of our Being and consequently with the world and the people around us.

Transpersonal and Emotional Intelligence accompaniment is a transition from the Individual to the Self, where we transcend ourselves to reach the experience of belonging to something greater, transcending the ego which is the biggest obstacle, being part of a Whole, from which we come from and which unites us through Love.

A love that liberates and elevates.

Integrative Coaching with a foundation in Psychology

Online Modality

It is a coaching model that brings together and highlights the psychological foundations that give meaning to each phase of the coaching process, as well as the strategies, techniques, tools, phenomena and concepts that coaching has derived from the behavioral sciences to become an agile and efficient methodology.

It focuses on the person-client, and is based on the client's acting and latent resources, with the purpose of facilitating changes or behavioral adjustments aimed at improving processes that are already functional (Moya, 2016).

The coaching process consists of 5 phases:

A= The current state, carefully observing the present moment in which the client finds himself/herself. Elements of perception and of the "here and now" are highlighted in order to better define the estimated point of arrival.

We will delve into acceptance and commitment, through Mindfulness, or mindfulness, allowing the identification of avoidance processes and keys to assimilate them properly so that they are integrated into the behavior towards new habits.

B= The search for meaning and resources, where the client's main engine is found to generate processes, releasing all its potential.

It is based on finding the meaning of the projects we undertake, it is a highly efficient way to optimize all our resources, concepts such as "Will of meaning, values, freedom, intention..." allowing us to discover the most powerful reasons that do not make us move forward.

In addition, we will address the potential of the customer, capable of generating the energy to initiate and maintain the momentum of projects as satisfying experiences.

C= belief in one's own cognitive, emotional and behavioral processes. An inventory of the client's resources in each domain, both present and obtained in processes already overcome by the person in the past.

We will be able to observe cognitive processes, thought structures that configure mental models such as interpretation, deduction, planning, which, in turn, are reflected in emotions and behaviors. This knowledge is essential to understand the thinking styles that facilitate the processes.

D= determination, making sure to sufficiently narrow down the processes to be addressed, action strategies and derived habits to be performed in a sustained manner to reach state E.

Carrying it out through learning-by-doing, the way to put all resources into action in a structured action plan.

It makes sure to sufficiently narrow down the processes to be addressed and the action strategies and/or habits to be performed in a sustained manner to reach the desired state= E.

E= desired state, look closely at the goal that the client has presented in state A. Analyze and savor the results, highlight the strategies and resources employed by the client.

Once the desired behavior is achieved, the process can be resumed with the fundamentals that we addressed in phase A. Becoming aware of the new present, of the resources that the person or group has achieved is a necessary and valuable step. It makes it easier for each system to regulate its actions, enjoy its achievements and adjust its organism to the new result, before moving on to another challenge automatically.

According to this model, some of the schools of psychology from which elements for understanding context in coaching are derived are:

Humanist, gives prominence to the person and his or her capacity for transformation. Satir, Rogers, Maslow.

Systemic, provides a 360-degree vision. Bertalanffy, Watzlawick.

Strategic brief, optimization of resources according to past experience and context, with a view to the future. Nardone.

Dynamics, facilitating key elements in the type of bonds that are generated to maintain the quality of the same. Freud, Klein, Jung, Adler.

Transactional Analysis teaches us to see clearly the type of transactions that occur throughout the process. Berne, Kertész, Karpman.

Workshop on Emotional Intelligence in the educational field

Online Modality

This workshop is aimed at parents and educators who are interested in deepening the bonds with their children or students, and thus be able to relate from the Self and from the behavioral patterns that generate union, away from those harmful patterns that produce separation.

It is of great importance to know how to manage our emotions in order to lead a healthy and conscious life.

It is a process in which educators not only act as educators, parents or teachers, but also as coaches.

It helps educators to take the necessary tools so that communication with their children or students is effective and leads to future conversations from the Self. It also helps educators to look at themselves in the mirror that is the children, in order to change those aspects that they consider necessary for personal, family or group well-being.

Children are nothing more than a reflection of their parents, most of the time what children do is to model their parents both in emotional management and in the behaviors associated with them. Normally these behaviors are due to stagnant and mismanaged emotions that the child has been learning throughout his life.

It is as important or more important that parents follow their own process of deepening and change that serves as a self-inquiry and model for their child, as well as the work that is done in parallel with the child.

The workshop will provide you with:

  • Information from a holistic perspective about the functioning and relationship between mind, body and emotion, highlighting its importance in order to promote conscious and healthy relationships with ourselves and with our children and students.

  • Tools to manage our own emotional processes and those of our children or students.

  • Personal growth and self-development techniques to fulfill our role as a parent or educator in a conscious way, remembering that much of the education is produced from the modeling of parents and people of reference of the child.

  • Recreational and playful activities to do with our children or students focused on emotional education.

Through this EI workshop we will be able to take control of our lives through the process of self-knowledge, becoming aware of who we are and thus, initiate our process of personal growth and development.

At the same time, we will be able to establish a conscious, loving and coherent relationship and education with our children and students, who will thank us for giving them the opportunity to get in touch with their Self, bringing out what they have come to share with the world.

The Emotional Intelligence workshop is composed of 9 modules that we will be deepening each week, having a total duration of 9 weeks.

For more information about the IE workshop do not hesitate to contact me and I will send you the Dossier with all the details.
