The voice of the ego vs. the whisper of the Spirit

It often happens that we want something with so much determination that we become obstinate in it, falling into blockages, without realizing that it comes from listening to that inner voice called ego that never stops talking, it is the narrator of fallacies, with a tyrannical connotation, of very marked preferences, that has an opinion about everything and everyone, that tries to convince us at all costs of what is "best for us" bringing short-lived results that lack value, diverting us from life and from our path towards unity.

On the other hand, there is another Voice that is always present waiting for us to give it our attention, a Voice that asks you to observe without judgment, it uses the world as a teaching resource to bring you back home, we can hear it when we stop paying attention to the other voice, when we lower the volume of the internal dialogue, when we are present. It is life itself that asks us to be in the here and now, to be receptive, to contemplate without judgment, it asks us to observe everyone and everything with a look of inclusion, to trust, accept and flow with the changes and with the circumstances since each one of them brings a valuable learning for our maturation and for our expansion of consciousness and liberation from fear.

Therefore, self-observation is a muscle that we must exercise to be able to discern our thoughts, so we can distinguish which are those that benefit us and which are those that make us repeat the same patterns and experiences, falling into victimhood and the desire to control.

Our attention is a valuable resource and we can use it to our best advantage.

Have you ever noticed these inner voices?

What tools do you use to strengthen attention?

Which voice do you pay more attention to?

Have a nice day beautiful Ser.
