The importance of respecting and honoring our Male Lineage
How often do we hear ourselves or others say:
"Men are all the same."
"Men are sexist."
"Men are liars."
I could go on with the list of beliefs that dwell in our subconscious, that we have repeated from generation to generation, that have been coloring our perception and experiences with men and masculine energy.
It is imperative to bring into focus this topic which, in my personal case has become more relevant now than before, starting with the fact that I recently moved to my father's country of origin where I have been presented with opportunities and situations with male figures, so I have begun a process of inclusion of both my masculine lineage and the masculine energy that dwells in me.
How can we go about integrating our masculine lineage and masculine energy?
Integration/Inclusion of the father, releasing resentments or childhood perceptions, taking him as he is, honoring and respecting him.
Integration/Inclusion of our male lineage, all men who belong to both our paternal and maternal lineage, perceive them with a look of respect, honor them for who they are or who they were and respect them as they are.
Paying attention to our internal dialogue when a belief comes to our mind concerning this subject, putting the focus on it, rectifying it and dissolving it.
Not participating in the judgment that may arise in a conversation with another person concerning a male figure.
Not to participate in or comment on discussions or conflicts that may arise in the relationship between parents.
These are just a few steps towards unity and inclusion.
Today it is well known the importance of integrating both parents, to heal our childhood perceptions to walk free of resentments, through the study of emotional intelligence, Transpersonal and Systemic, we can say that when we give ourselves permission to integrate both parents, our life begins to align, as well as areas of our life begin to be channeled in a way that we begin to flow harmoniously with everything that happens to us.
When we integrate the mother and our feminine lineage we connect with life itself, abundance, the way we relate to ourselves improves as well as our interpersonal relationships, we can nurture ourselves in a harmonious way while being able to create a healthy intimacy with the other without creating co-dependent ties.
When we integrate the father and our masculine lineage we connect with the force that drives us forward, with action, movement, determination, constancy, we align ourselves with our professional success and we are able to create and manifest the life we long for.
Both parents share their strength with their children when we accept, honor and love them as they are, that strength accompanies us and propels us forward into life.
In the same way, strength increases when we integrate all the men and women of our lineage.
I invite you to give yourself permission to take your parents into your heart, to perceive them with love and respect, to be grateful for everything they gave you and taught you.
Have a nice day
