Conscious education

To educate consciously is to exercise education with intentionality.

It is to go beyond appearances and superficial behaviors, allowing us to know children in all their essence, in order to act from understanding.

How can we carry it out?

Conscious education requires full awareness, which is achieved by living moment by moment, without judgment. It comes from mindfulness.

Cultivating flexibility.

Being attentive to the present moment in order to perceive what is needed in each moment.

Cultivate introspection and attention to ourselves, to what happens to us, to our thoughts, emotions and body.

This will help us to face difficult or challenging situations with greater clarity and discernment, especially when we are with our children or students, moving away from the automatisms and sub-conscious programs that often keep us away from connecting with them.
