Tips for creating balance in our inner and outer world
Intentionalize your day
Intentionalize your mornings, connect with your heart and visualize the feelings you want to cherish and the experiences you want to live before starting your day.
Feel them with all your cells as if they were happening in your present moment, remember that the mind does not know how to distinguish between what is real or imaginary, therefore, when visualizing and feeling it, the mind takes it as something that is really happening in real time, in this way it will be easier to create a match at the frequency level with the universe that will facilitate you to attract and manifest what you intended.
Remember to keep your frequency high during the day to get the most out of it.
Give yourself permission to be open to receive.
Let go of control and expectations.
Gratitude
Practice gratitude daily, especially upon waking and before going to sleep.
I invite you to be grateful for life, for your heartbeat, for your breath, for the present moment, for everything as it is and everyone as they are.
It has been scientifically proven that when we practice gratitude our cells, which are receptors with antennas, open up to receive high frequencies, producing harmony and coherence within us and our surrounding world.
Mindfulness
Perform your daily chores with presence and awareness, pay attention to the messages you receive through your senses and your body.
Little by little you will leave the automatisms, ceasing to react unconsciously to the surrounding world, becoming the Observer, acting from your center.
Creating spaces of attention and full listening will make it easier to get in touch with your intuition and the Inner Guide.
Connect with your body
Do some practice that connects you with the body, with the here and now, with the senses and with the breath.
Allow yourself to live that moment, immersing yourself in the experience, giving yourself that moment of connection and self-love.
Some examples could be: Dance, Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga.
Dissolution
Dissolve those thoughts of separation, judgment, fear, anger, frustration or limiting beliefs through mindfulness and neurolinguistic programming.
I invite you to do it as a team with your Inner Guide who is always waiting for you to give them permission to come in and help you.
Remember that you are NOT those thoughts, avoid over-identification.
Dissolve them with patience and love, from your center and give thanks for each dissolution.
Meditation
Create spaces of inner silence daily, even if it is only 5 minutes. You can use the body scanner technique to relax the mind and body, if the latter do not want to stay still communicate out loud and tell them with a firm but loving authority, for example address your body and say: "At this moment I am going to take some time of silence, I order you not to move until we finish", remember that your cells are highly intelligent and are always listening to you.
If your mind does not stop thinking, visualize yourself in your favorite space in nature, immerse yourself in the experience, you can describe what you see or feel, in this way you will see how your internal dialogue will decrease, and the thoughts that remain let them pass without participating in them.
Create spaces for connection and dialogue with your Inner Guide.
Foster and nurture the relationship with your inner Self and give yourself permission to receive its guidance.
Just as you create and nurture your emotional relationships, you can do the same with the Inner Guide.
Once you are open to receive, pay attention to the signals you receive from your environment, such as synchronicities, numerical patterns, messages, etc. The universe is in continuous communication with us, we just need to be attentive and present.
Inclusion - Healing projections
Practice non-judgment, I invite you to do a daily exercise of seeing the people you meet in your day-to-day life with eyes of compassion, of worth.
Remembering that what we reject or abhor in others are nothing more than qualities of our own shadow, by recognizing it, be loving and compassionate with yourself, the shadow only asks to be recognized, that we give it light to dissolve it and in this way we will gradually heal the projections and free ourselves from the unconscious guilt.
Connect with your emotional world
Reminding us that the body is the release valve for emotions, when you feel a contractive emotion give it the space to express itself:
Open yourself to listen to the message brought by the emotion.
Connect with the area of your body that presents an ailment
Talk to your body and ask it to help you understand why.
Use conscious breathing to bring you to your center.
You can apply the technique of emotional release EFT also known as Tapping, is a healing technique that uses the meridians and energy points of the body with the fingertips, getting to release emotions that are often stagnant.
When Tapping we use a phrase, the most used one is:
"Although I have this.................., I accept myself completely and deeply."
