Saying goodbye to autumn
For those of us living in the northern hemisphere, we are ending fall and welcoming the winter season.
It is beautiful how the cycles of nature can help us and accompany us during our journey of self-knowledge, when we open ourselves to the teachings of our environment and when we are present we can receive lessons of great value that we can apply to our daily lives.
Autumn is a season in which we can observe and evaluate what we sowed and started in previous seasons, it allows us to realize what we must let go of to create balance and to move forward, just as a tree sheds its leaves, in the same way we can let go of what has already fulfilled its function to continue our path of life with a lighter step.
Then,
What are those boycotting thoughts that you can let go of?
What are the limiting beliefs that no longer resonate with your center?
What are those habits that limit you and that you can transform or open yourself to create new ones?
I invite you to ask yourself these questions and give yourself permission to get in touch with those parts of your being to let go of what has already fulfilled its function and enter the winter without the burden of the past.
